Greiner VACUETTE® Barcode Blood Collection Tubes

The extensive product range consists of vacuum tubes for sample collection, VACUETTE® Blood Collection Accessories, VACUETTE® Safety Products, VACUETTE® Automatic and Manual ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) Systems and Accessories as well as automatic decapping instruments. VACUETTE® Blood Collection Tubes are colour-coded according to the additive contained.

The colour codes used correspond to CLSI (Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute) international guidelines for specimen tubes, ensuring that tubes are easy to distinguish. Additional identification is provided by the unique stabilisation ring on the top of the tube cap. VACUETTE® colour-coded tubes can be quickly and hygienically changed without the risk of coming into contact with the patient's blood.

The innovative VACUETTE® Blood Collection Tubes made out of virtually unbreakable PET plastic have set the standard on today's market. They provide improved safety and hygiene during specimen collection procedures with the advantage of being clear as glass.
